How long does it take to dispatch your watches?
The terms of delivery depend on the country. It takes 5-7 business days to deliver items to North America. For all international orders, packages take 8-14 business days. All the products are shipped by DHL, USPS or Express Mail (EMS) with confirmation (Depending on availability).
Note: Business days do not imply weekends and holidays.

 

 

Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we deliver world wide.

What are shipping costs?
We offer free shipping when you buy three watches or more and charge $20-35 for international shipments.
we use zonerates for Calculate Shipping Costs,if you buy three watches,but no free shipping to choose ,pls mail us or just pay for flatrate: $28,it mearns we have no your zone in our configration.

 

 

Who pays for the Duties and Tariffs on international shipments?
Customs clearance charges are your responsibility, as we have no control over these charges and cannot even predict what they will be. You should contact your local custom office for more detail.

 

 

Do you dispatch the items ordered the same day the order was placed?
No, it usually takes some time before your order is dispatched. This allows our staff to verify the order details and to package the order. Once your order has been verified and confirmed, it is sent to our packaging and shipping department.
It will then take 5-7 business days for the package to arrive, from the time your order was processed. (Business days - excludes weekends and holidays.)

 

 

It has been 3 days since I placed my order, how come it still hasn't been shipped yet?
Depending on which style of watch you ordered, it may have to be custom made, as some watches are made to order. Some of the more exotic watches can take up to 3-5 business days for it to be shipped out. As soon as your watch is shipped out, you will be notified of it in your Members Section. The status of your watch will indicate as "Shipped".

 

 

I'm leaving the country in 2 days. Is it possible to have my order shipped to me overnight?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our packages overnight due to the large number of orders we receive everyday.

 

 

Are there any other hidden fees I have to pay besides for the product and the shipping?
No, there are no additional fees to be paid. Its our goal to make your shopping with anotherwatch.com pleasant and enjoyable both during and after the sale.

 

 

Order Tracking:
When you purchase from our website, we can confidently assure that your shipment will be sent promptly and arrive secure and intact to your door. You can track your shippment through the tracking system provided as well as contact our customer service via email.

 


Shipping Problems:
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by watchessell.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact watchessell.com within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 28 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.

 


Lost Package Policy
When the goods you acquired was lost during the delivery, it is required to wait for 30 days-we will try to track down the package way. In case we do not find the package during the mentioned period, we will send you a new one again.
